Stitch Launches Solution to Help Enterprise Marketers Accelerate Campaign Operations with Braze Leveraging AI and Automation

Stitch, a marketing technology consultancy that offers comprehensive services around the Braze customer engagement platform, launched Multi-Thread, a transformational framework that helps brands adopt AI and automation to accelerate their campaign processes.

July 30th, 2024 (Indianapolis)—Stitch, a marketing technology consultancy focused on helping marketers drive customer engagement success with Braze, formally launched its solution offering, Multi-Thread, to help brands adopt AI and automation to drive efficiencies throughout their marketing campaign operations.

Multi-Thread is a 5-step framework that helps brands uncover opportunities to leverage AI and automation throughout their campaign process. The framework is adapted to the brand’s existing campaign process and marketing technology stack. The goal of the Multi-Thread exercise is to uncover areas where AI and automation capabilities are being underutilized within their existing platforms, and then leverage integrations and automation between platforms to accelerate each stage of the campaign process — from ideation and creative, through QA and deployment.

While Multi-Thread can be tailored to each brand’s individual tech stack, the solution offering was primarily developed for brands that use Braze, a leading customer engagement platform. As a Braze-focused consultancy, Stitch is introducing Multi-Thread as a key capability within their services portfolio, all of which are centered around helping brands power successful customer engagement programs with Braze.

“Braze is built for the modern marketer — the marketer who values creativity, experimentation, and agility,” said Stephen Rosenfeld, vice president of architecture at Stitch and key collaborator on the development of Multi-Thread. “We’re constantly looking for ways to help these marketers do even more with Braze: whether it’s unlocking new channels or capabilities within the platform, or thinking beyond the platform about how they center their day-to-day processes around the platform. Multi-Thread is our way of helping thread their entire campaign operations tech stack together to create efficiencies that ultimately free up their time to be more creative and strategic, which is what they really want to be doing.”

Prior to the formal launch of Multi-Thread, the Stitch team introduced the solution offering, formerly known by the code name ‘Sophia,’ at Braze events, such as the City x City event series in San Francisco in 2023 and New York City in 2024, and Braze’s annual Forge conference in New York City in 2023. These events have generated significant interest in the solution, and a handful of enterprise-level customers across the media & entertainment and quick service restaurant industries are currently in their pilot phase of Multi-Thread. The Multi-Thread framework can be adapted to brands across industries and across varying levels of AI maturity.

“The immediate impact we’re able to make with Multi-Thread has been nothing short of incredible,” said Bobby Tichy, chief solution officer and co-founder of Stitch. “For one of our large media and entertainment clients, we were able to integrate their project management platform with Braze to automate the initial development of campaign assets, eliminating several days of development time and requirements gathering. Now, all they have to do is submit a campaign brief form through their project management tool, log in to Braze a few minutes later, and immediately begin fine-tuning their campaign to prepare for deployment. And the most exciting part of Multi-Thread is that we’re still in the early stages of what it can look like.”

“We’re excited to see Stitch deliver innovative use cases with Braze to our customers,” said Tony McRoberts, VP Sales, GSA, at Braze. “In the era of composable tech stacks, Stitch’s ability to tailor solutions to diverse brands’ tech environments not only highlights the flexibility of Braze but also boosts marketers’ efficiency and creativity. This partnership demonstrates how Braze empowers marketers to leverage our AI capabilities to create relevant and memorable experiences that drive impactful business outcomes."

Stitch primarily works with marketing and customer engagement teams at well-known brands across the media and entertainment, quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail and e-commerce, financial services, travel, and gaming industries.

Stitch officially launched its partnership with Braze in May 2023 and has since achieved Orbit status as a Braze partner—the highest attainable tier of partnership within the Braze partner ecosystem.
